Year 11 Hospitality students visited The Long Table Café as part of their course. The students were treated to a number Paddock to Plate experiences, including a full farm and orchard tour, which outlined how sustainable and organic practices are used to maintain quality food products. Cookery classes were also a hit with the students. Students enjoyed pikelets and strawberry sauce for morning tea and pizza and fresh rocket salad for lunch.
